Wokingham Counselling, Relationship Therapy & Supervision
I offer evidence-based counselling for adults and adolescents in Wokingham, Berkshire. My integrative approach draws on cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, solution-focused therapy, and relationship therapy to address the challenges you are facing.
Finding the Right Support for Your Needs
Whether you are seeking individual therapy, support for your relationship, or professional supervision for your own therapeutic practice, I provide a collaborative and goal-focused approach. Each service is tailored to your specific circumstances, drawing on evidence-based techniques that support meaningful and lasting change.
Individual Counselling
Individual counselling is for adults and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, life transitions, or other emotional challenges. I work with people who are ready to understand their patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and move towards the life they want to be living.
Drawing on CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches, we work collaboratively to identify what is maintaining your difficulties and build the skills you need to manage them. Sessions are structured yet flexible, focusing on both immediate relief and longer-term change.

Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy is for couples who want to improve communication, resolve recurring conflicts, rebuild trust, or reconnect after a period of distance. Whether you are facing a specific crisis or simply want to strengthen your relationship, therapy provides a space to understand each other’s perspectives and develop new ways of relating.
I help couples identify unhelpful patterns, improve emotional regulation during conflict, and develop practical skills for navigating disagreements. My approach is direct and focused on creating tangible improvements in how you relate to one another.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is for qualified and trainee therapists who want to develop their practice, work through challenging cases, and maintain their ethical and professional standards. I provide a reflective space that balances support with challenge, helping you think critically about your work whilst building confidence in your clinical decision-making.
Drawing on my experience supervising therapists and working with diverse client groups, I help supervisees integrate theory with practice, manage the emotional demands of the work, and develop their own therapeutic style. Supervision sessions are structured around your cases and professional development goals.

Why Work With Me
I have extensive experience working with adults, particularly those who find it difficult to talk about emotions or who have tried therapy before without success. I also work regularly with adolescents in residential care settings, which has developed my ability to adapt therapy to meet people where they are. As a supervisor, I am committed to developing thoughtful, reflective practitioners who can hold complexity whilst remaining grounded in what works.
My approach is practical and collaborative. I am less interested in validating what you already believe and more focused on helping you see things differently so that real change becomes possible.
